Must readWhy our prices are lower

Most of what you pay at a luxury boutique isn't the bag. It's the brand markup, the flagship stores, the celebrity campaigns and the middlemen in between.

Our bags are crafted in the same factories, with premium materials and careful finishing, and every piece is inspected by our team before it ships. We simply remove the markup and sell directly to you, up to 80% less.

Shipping information

Orders ship within 1–5 business days with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the package leaves — you'll have it before you think to look for it.

Once shipped, delivery takes 6–8 business days.

Once it's moving, you can follow it the whole way. If tracking ever goes quiet for more than 48 hours, email us and we'll chase it down for you.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return.

"I changed my mind" is a valid reason. So is "it didn't look right on."

Items need to come back unworn and in their original packaging. Trying them on indoors is fine — that's what they're for. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

To start a return or an exchange, email support@norahoutlet.store. We reply within 24 hours on business days and we'll walk you through it.

FAQs

Why are your prices so much lower?

Our bags are crafted in the same factories, with the same materials and techniques, as bags sold at full retail price. What you don't pay for is the markup: no flagship boutiques, no celebrity campaigns, no middlemen.

We sell directly to you online, so the savings, up to 80%, stay with you. And every bag is still inspected by our team before it ships.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6–8 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships — check your spam folder if it hasn't shown up within 48 hours. Tracking can take a few hours to go live after you receive it; that's the carrier, not a problem with your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if you're quick. Email support@norahoutlet.store as soon as possible — while the order is still unfulfilled we can change the size, the address, or cancel it entirely. Once it ships we can't stop it, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments — the same secure system behind millions of stores worldwide. Your card details are encrypted end to end, and we never see or store them.

If a charge ever looks wrong, email support@norahoutlet.store and we'll sort it out the same day.

What if my order arrives damaged, or it's the wrong item?

Email support@norahoutlet.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. If a return is needed, we cover the return shipping. Same goes if tracking says delivered and nothing showed up: tell us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

How do I get in touch, and how fast do you reply?

Email support@norahoutlet.store. We reply within 24 hours on business days, and a real person reads every message. If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number and we'll get there faster.
