Collection: All Bags

Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6–8 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves.

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships — check your spam folder if it hasn't shown up within 48 hours. Tracking can take a few hours to go live after you receive it; that's the carrier, not a problem with your order.

Yes, if you're quick. Email support@norahoutlet.store as soon as possible — while the order is still unfulfilled we can change the size, the address, or cancel it entirely. Once it ships we can't stop it, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments — the same secure system behind millions of stores worldwide. Your card details are encrypted end to end, and we never see or store them.

If a charge ever looks wrong, email support@norahoutlet.store and we'll sort it out the same day.

Email support@norahoutlet.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. If a return is needed, we cover the return shipping. Same goes if tracking says delivered and nothing showed up: tell us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Email support@norahoutlet.store. We reply within 24 hours on business days, and a real person reads every message. If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number and we'll get there faster.
